WINE MAKING

The grapes are harvested at their ripest, by hand, in crates of 10Kg.

Maceration before fermentation at low temperature. The wine is produced in stainless steel tanks, at controlled temperatures, adding alcohol in the middle of the fermentation to conserve the natural sugar.

FOOD TASTING AND GASTRONOMY

An intense golden colored wine, clean and bright with character and complexity and overtones of dried fruits.

In the mouth sticky, dense and balanced with notes of mature fruits.

It is paired perfectly with desserts, cakes…
