White wine made with a variety called Picapoll.
The grapes are harvested by hand in boxes of 10 kg. Wine is made in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature.

Pale white wine. High intensity, aromatic with floral notes and ripe white fruit. This wine is fresh with nice acidity that gives wine structure and power to recall fruit aromas. The salty flavour is something so characteristic about this wine, and it is due to the sea influence.
It can be paired with salads, grilled fish or baked seafood.
