Rosé wine with a "blend" of Cabernet Sauvignon and Grenache.

WINEMAKING

The grapes are harvested by hand in boxes of 10 kg. 2 hours maceration before fermentation. The wine is made in stainless steel tanks at a controlled  temperature

FOOD TASTING AND GASTRONOMY

Intense Rose wine with attractive violet hues.

Frank aroma reminiscent of red fruits like strawberries, blueberries and currant. This wine is fresh and tasty with good retention and good walk in the mouth.

It can be paired with salads, fish, rice...
