Red Wine made with 100% Garnatxa Negra (Red Grenache)

The red Grenache Perafita is sold in 75 cl bottles . The grapes are harvested by hand in boxes of 10Kg . The wine is made in stainless steel tanks. Cold maceration before fermentation at low temperature. Fermentation with two daily pumpings for 10 days at a controlled temperature. Aged for five months in “Allier” French oak barrels.


Food tasting and gastronomy

Garnet colored wine . Its Aroma is a wave of red fruit crisp and seductive cherry , red plum and raspberry and a touch of subtle notes of oak giving hints of vanilla. This wine is halfway between lightness and stout , with a sweet texture that gives body and length. A splendid and versatile Mediterranean Grenache that opens a new path .
