Cava brut nature made out of a 45% Xarel.lo, 20% Macabeu, 20% Parellada and 15% Chardonnay.

 

WINE MAKING

The Cava Perafita is sold in bottles of 75cl. Elaborated during 12 months in bottles.

FOOD TASTING AND GASTRONOMY

At nose, some jam aromas appear first, toasted notes and forest floor. Its mouth is clean and elegant with some citric notes and some fresh fruit combined with nuts.

Has a creamy end with tart notes

We can have it with some white meat, oven cuisine like white fish with salt.

 

 

Degustació i gastronomia

En nas, apareixen unes primeres aromes confitades, notes torrades combinades amb sotabosc. El paso en boca és net i elegant, amb puntes citriques i apareix fruita fresca combinada amb fruits secs.

Te un final cremós amb notes amargues.

Ho podem maridar amb carn blanca, cunia al forn, orada, llobarro i qualsevol peix a la sal.
